Sabudana kichidi (Tapioca pearls)

Soak Sabudana overnight (very important)

– Add ghee/oil in a pan

– Add mustard seeds and let them splutter

– Add onions, salt, chili’s, turmeric, capsicum, spinach and let them cook

– Add overnight soaked sabudana into the mixture

– Cover the lid and let them cook for few minutes

– If you have any peanut powder you can sprinkle on top after removing aside

– Sabudana kichidi is ready to serve
