Protein Pancakes
Protein PancakesĀ š„Ā recipe
Step 1 :
- Take a blender
- Add protein powder of your choice and flavor (we used half a cup cookies & cream)
- Add 2 egg whites
- Add 2 spoons peanut butter
- Blend everything together and the batter is ready
Step 2 :
- Take a frying pan
- Add ghee/oil of your choice
- Spread the batter on the pan and let it cook for a minute
- Flip it and let the other side cook for few seconds
You can do honey for added taste
Remove and serve
