Crispy charred Brussel sprouts

– Wash and dry brussel sprouts

– Cut them in half and put them in big bowl

– Drizzle them with olive oil, season with sea salt, black pepper & garlic. Mix everything together

– Place them in a pan on low flame and let them turn nice and brown, flip them around and let them cook till they turn golden brown

– Drizzle balsamic vinegar and mix everything let them cook for 2 mins and they are ready to serve.
