Cauliflower Fried Rice recipe

Step 1 : Cauliflower rice preparation

  • Give the cauliflower a clean wash, chop off the florets
  • use a food processor or mixer to prepare cauliflower rice
  • grits all the cauliflower till you get a rice kind of consistency
  • put a wok/pan on the stove and add all the grated cauliflower into the pan
  • season it with stock cube or salt
  • add some water and cook it till the cauliflower is nice and tender
  • half way through the cooking take the lid off and mix well and make sure nothing is sticking to the pan and add a little water if required and cook till its completely tender

Step 2 : Cauliflower fried rice

  • Take a wok, add oil, garlic, green chilli’s, any veggies you like (peppers, broccoli, onions), add little salt (check on this, as you already added salt while preparing cauliflower rice) and let them cook for few minutes
  • Add oyster sauce, chilli garlic sauce, little soy sauce and mix well (you can also use fish sauce instead of oyster sauce)
  • Add scrambled eggs to the mixture (you can also add grilled chicken or panner)
  • Add cauliflower rice and mix everything together and let it cook for a minute or two and it’s good to serve!
