Boondi raita

Boondi raita recipe

  • Whisk the yogurt in a bowl (you can add water for a thinner consistency)
  • Soak boondi in warm water and let it stand for 10 minutes, if you like it crunchy you can put in the boondi directly
  • To the yogurt – add salt, (sugar if you like), red chili powder, cumin powder, amchoor powder, chat masala, black pepper, mint leaves, coriander leaves
  • Mix everything well and keep it aside
  • Drain the excess water, with the help of your hand squeeze the excess water from the boondi and add it to the yogurt mixture and mix well
  • Boondi raita is ready to serve
