Asparagus
Recipe:
- Cut asparagus in half (convenient size to eat). You can snap off the woody root ends
- Add extra virgin olive oil into the pan
- Add freshly chopped garlic, add black pepper, little salt to taste
- Add chopped asparagus and mix everything together and let it cook for 2-3 minutes
- If you like asparagus soft, you can add some water to the mixture and let it cook for another minute
- Remove and serve
