Asparagus

Recipe:

  • Cut asparagus in half (convenient size to eat). You can snap off the woody root ends
  • Add extra virgin olive oil into the pan
  • Add freshly chopped garlic, add black pepper, little salt to taste
  • Add chopped asparagus and mix everything together and let it cook for 2-3 minutes
  • If you like asparagus soft, you can add some water to the mixture and let it cook for another minute
  • Remove and serve
